Construction of 1093 student accommodation rooms with a sixth form college, office space and health suite towering over 22 storeys on the mouth of Westminster Bridge.

Conneely Group provided a full Knauf internal specification with staggered I studs and plaster skim to achieve a curve finish on many of the external walls.  

Burgess clip in perforated aluminium tile ceiling system was used for the college areas with detailed bulkheads and three sided coffers utilised for the college atrium and swimming pool areas.
