Conneely Facades has successfully been delivering the installation of complex cladding systems with the incorporation of windows & curtain walling for 15 years.

Since 2017 Conneely facades has been engaged by a number of blue chip clients in the investigation of recladding in commercial & residential South East London buildings in their care.

This Re-cladding drive has moved CFL to constructing test rigs in BRE Garston & Exova Dubai fire testing centres.

The initial brief was to organise and construct the test rigs & burn the existing envelope to achieve the information needed to reveal whether a full ReClad or partial re-clad would be necessary.

The attention to detail required to install an “As built” test rig was dealt with in house.  CFL Construction directors obsessive approaches to photographic installation reports & government statutory sign off proved vital in the build.

Conneely facades can offer a full range of RE-CLAD services from a change in panel material and upgrade in firebreak material specification or a Full Reclad involving stripping of the phenolic laminate & replacing with duo slab.

The recladding of your building will be fully documented digitally & signed off in a predetermined plan agreed with the safety officer, building control officer, NHBC and the building owner.

Conneely facades are able to offer a full recladding service which involves us acting as principal contractor in terms of statuary notices & erecting the scaffolding.
