Conneely are delighted at having successfully secured a package that includes a 351 bedroom hotel in Heathrow. Conneelys will be working with John Sisk and Sons supplying internal dry lining and suspended ceilings.

Conneely are excited to be working with Killby and Gayford on their re-development of the Care Unit providing internal dry lining and suspended ceilings.

Conneely have secured the drylining and rendering package on a four block, new build project consisting of 177 apartments and 21 houses in Enfield for GallifordTry. Conneelys will be providing external framing works, internal dry lining, suspended ceilings, render and Trespa cladding.

Conneely are pleased to be working alongside Woolf on 352 student accommodation units in London. Conneelys will be providing light weight steel framing, internal dry lining, and suspended ceilings.

Great news! Our managing director John Cockerton successfully completed the 26.2 mile London marathon. Read on for his feedback on the day! Turns out 26.2 miles is a very long way and my body wasn’t prepared for the shock. I completed the marathon in 5 hrs 4 minutes, which was quite a bit more than I had anticipated. In reality I had trained enough to get me over the line, but woefully not enough for a faster time. It was an awesome day with great spectator support, I saw Richard Branson in wings, and Gordon Ramsay limping off at 14 ish miles. A huge thanks to you all we raised £3,500 for whizz-kidz disabled childrens charity and £5,500 for the intensive care unit at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow towards a new Nova-lung. Thank you so much for the huge generosity and the messages of support, I couldn’t have done it without them.

Conneely have successfully secured several residential projects working alongside Allenbuild in the last few months. This includes a render and suspended ceiling package in Southwark London started in June, another Metal stud partitioning, and suspended ceilings package in Hackney started in August, and a light weight Steel Framing, Metal Frame ceiling, and metal stud partitioning package in Islington also starting in August.

Conneely are delighted to be working alongside Barratt’s North London in Harlow Gateway, on a residential Metal stud partitioning, and external render package that kicked off in June!

Conneely are delighted to have been named as the preferred sub-contractor on two residential project’s with Mansell’s, firstly a light weight steel framing, Insulation render, Metal frame ceiling, and metal stud partitioning project in Islington works commenced in August, and another Light weight steel framing and Sto render package in Hackney that started in May.

Conneelys latest development project with Willmott Dixon includes an external facades package, alongside Kingspan metal infill, and Euro cladding for a new build Academy in Croydon!
